Return/Refund Policy
➊ TAILHIGH offers a 7-day appreciation period (not a trial period) starting from the date you receive your package.
To be eligible for return/refund, items must be kept in their original condition, including tags, warranty cards, packaging, boxes, and receipts.
➋ If your item is damaged or faulty due to shipping, please retain all original packaging and send photos of the damaged or missing parts to us via message through your order within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Our customer service team will assist you.
Definition of Faulty: Serious issues that affect usage—such as large-scale damage, dirt, or misaligned patterns.
Minor thread issues, small dots, ±5% size error, or wrinkles from shipping are considered normal and not classified as faults.
※TAILHIGH reserves the right to the final interpretation of item faults.
➌ Returned items must be in good and complete condition with no signs of use, including original tags, warranty cards, no stains, unwashed, and unaltered.
If the item has special packaging (e.g., zipper bags, boxes), it must also be returned in full and undamaged.
Missing or damaged packaging may invalidate your return request. Please handle with care to protect your return rights.
For orders with discounts or gifts, if the return makes the order ineligible for those offers, the discount/gift must be returned or will be deducted from the refund.
If the return causes the order to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
➍ Once we receive your returned item(s), we will conduct an inspection and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund.
If the request is not approved, the item(s) will be sent back to you via Cash on Delivery (USD$50).
If we cannot contact you, items will be held for 30 days from the date the return was requested, after which the request becomes invalid.
※ Used gift vouchers are non-refundable.

➋ Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange and cover the return shipping cost.
※ Please do not return any items without prior confirmation from TAILHIGH. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
